My client specialises in strategic research and insights for leading brands in the UK and US. The global team is around 45 people and offers a range of services that touch on some of the most well-known consumer and business challenges. They put human experience at the heart of their work and are always looking to keep work fresh, interesting and ground-breaking.

This role involves owning and elevating how research and insights is communicated via highly important PowerPoint presentations and creating work that delivers true impact on consumers and reaches business objectives. Some of their clients include Spotify, British Gas, Diageo and more big names…

You will work directly with senior team members to refine and elevate the company’s visual presence across social media and other channels. You will have complete ownership over this area and of design for the UK business, bringing a network of freelance designers to support the business and clients when necessary. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious designer who wants to take on more responsibility, get some great brands on your portfolio, and be a trusted creative force globally.

The job

Create effective and top-tier presentations that deliver results
Help ground-breaking research land and create impact for some of our society’s biggest issues and challenges
Custom graphics: icons, infographics, diagrams
Be a clear voice for design in the business and champion creativity
Lead training and upskill the research team
Manage a freelance team when needed
Take ownership of the company’s visual identity
Collaborate with New York office and report into their Head of Storytelling
