Director (internal comms)

London

An award-winning, independent communications and marketing agency is looking to add a Director to their internal communications team to lead, handle and advise with their major client projects. With a well-established global presence around the world, our client aims to advise and deliver original thinking to protect the brand and reputation of their top tier clients. 


With expertise in employee experience and transformational change, the key areas of responsibility for this role include: 

· Taking lead and managing all aspects of client projects: overseeing day to day execution, building strong relationships with clients, managing staff and work quality

· Boosting business developments with existing and new clients 

· Financial management of accounts  

· Serving as a role model and mentor for colleagues whom you manage within the Internal Comms team

· Identifying opportunities and contributing to marketing efforts 


Requirements: 

· Strong experience in change management, employee engagement or internal communications 

· Able to travel according to business needs 

· Excellent oral and written skills 


Preferred qualifications:

· Experience with large scale change such as mergers and acquisitions 

· Developed and implemented engagement and transformational strategies for complex organisations

Account Director (financial Services/fintech)

London - £45,000+

 This position is for a growing integrated agency that puts digital at the heart of campaigning, and agility and innovation into everything that they do. You would be leading across some really exciting up-and-coming businesses in the financial and fintech space. Their current team is made up of ex-consultants from the banking and financial services world, and individuals who have run communications for media and tech start-ups internationally. Account Manager (financial services)

London - £40,000 - 45,000

A global PR agency is looking for an ambitious and driven AM to join their 16-person strong financial services team. This is a great opportunity to experience being able to work alongside different teams running other sectors including energy & industrial, digital, capital markets, and tech; helping with the handling of larger accounts, but having some fun with smaller accounts too. 


Our client is fast-growing and fast-paced, identifying a 30% growth every year. They are soon to have a Singapore office opening in 2023, where you could receive the opportunity to work through their work abroad scheme. This is also the same for their New York City office. This role specifically is for their London office, which is flexible with hybrid working. 


Requirements: 

- 18 months – 2 years’ experience in PR.

- Candidates don’t specifically need to have all FS experience; if you have ambition and high motivation, this doesn’t matter. But some sort of experience in fintech, crypto, insurance, wealth, banking, payments, ESG, is good too

- Driven by new business 

Essential skills 

- Knowledge of how media and PR industry works

- Promising client and journalist network

- Exceptional numerical, analytical and written skills

Account Director (corporate affairs)

Our client are searching for an Account Director with experience in corporate affairs to join their independent, multi-award winning consultancy. Anyone with experience in built environment, commercial property, professional services, urbanism, or sustainability and energy is welcome to apply! Working alongside industry specialists, you'll have the opportunity to be within a team delivering campaigns for national brands and leading businesses within the industry. Also, to work with clients focussed on B2B and public affairs, but with potential to go wider.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of working within a consultancy or in-house environment relevant to the sectors listed above
  • Experienced in corporate affairs
  • Be an established AD or well experienced SAM looking to make that progression up to AD level
  • Exceptional media skills and the capability to structure and complete integrated programmes such as self-published content, digital work, events/round tables, leadership and writing campaigning publications.

What they are looking for:

  • Intelligent, hard working team player
  • Comfortability in engaging with and presenting to audiences such as Senior business Executives, to media, and potentially from MPs to industry stakeholders.
  • Be adaptable, ambitious and flexible.
