We are undertaking an ambitious project to better understand how people from a BAME/minority background perceive and feel about their career prospects within the PR and Public Affairs industry. Even if you are not from a BAME background but would like to participate we would be interested in your responses too as it would provide valuable insight and data for us on those from different ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds too and how that impacts their perceptions of the industry. 

Later in the year we then plan to collate all the data confidentially and publish a report on our findings. The aim is to hopefully better inform ourselves and our talent partners about: a) what sorts of issues and trends we need to be aware of; and b) what practical steps could be taken from a diversity and inclusion standpoint within organisations to improve the retention rate and prospects of all their staff in addition to perceptions of fairness and equity.
