Our client is a leading global financial communications consultancy, seeking an ambitious and strategically minded Associate Director to join their London-based team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of communications, finance, and reputation management – advising a prestigious client base that spans FTSE 350 corporates, private capital, and global financial institutions.
As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact communications strategies that address complex financial and reputational challenges. You will lead client relationships, provide senior counsel, and work alongside a dynamic team of specialists on mandates including M&A, IPOs, earnings communications, regulatory matters, asset management positioning, and broader capital markets activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the execution of integrated financial communications programs
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives
- Develop and implement messaging across corporate, financial, and media stakeholders
- Manage high-stakes capital markets situations and special projects (e.g. transactions, activist defence, fund launches)
- Collaborate with colleagues across international offices to deliver global mandates
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business development
