We’re looking for an experienced generalist across public affairs and strategic communications to join our team on a 4-month fixed-term contract (with the potential to extend or become permanent).
This role will be split 50/50 across public affairs and corporate communications, offering a varied and fast-paced opportunity to make an impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading on policy research, political engagement and campaigns, with a strong grasp of Westminster and UK political processes.
• Supporting and driving corporate communications strategies, including media relations and content development.
• Writing high-quality materials across a range of formats (briefings, press releases, op-eds, speeches).
• Engaging stakeholders across political, media and corporate landscapes.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver impactful communications that support both business and policy objectives.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in public affairs, with strong knowledge of Westminster, political processes, and UK policy development.
• Strong track record in corporate communications, including media engagement and message development.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling content for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple priorities.
• A flexible, proactive communicator who enjoys working across both disciplines.
